CONTENT PRODUCTION
Show the villa properly
Guests cannot walk through the rooms before they arrive. The photos, the video and the words have to do that work without pretending the villa is something it is not.
A shot list, not a random walk
We plan the set before the camera comes out. The cover image, the view, the living space, the kitchen, the bedrooms and the outdoor areas each answer a different question.
- A cover image that shows the strongest true impression
- The path a guest takes through the property
- Practical details: parking, steps, shade, pool depth
- Photos that work on a phone screen first
Light and honesty
Good light helps. Misleading wide angles do not. We keep the proportions readable and avoid making a small room look like a suite.
If a room is compact or a view is partial, we show it. The right guest will appreciate knowing before they book.
Content for more than one place
One shoot can produce the website gallery, the listing images, short vertical video and a few social posts. The formats are planned together so the same asset is not cropped badly in five places.
- Website and listing image sets
- Short video for social and the site
- Captions in the languages you use
- A simple file structure you can keep
What you receive
You get the edited files, the web-ready versions and a note on where each image is used. The originals stay with you. We do not hide the source files behind a subscription.

Content questions
Do you travel?
Yes, for projects that make sense. Travel and accommodation are agreed before the shoot, not added quietly afterwards.
Can we use the photos on Airbnb and our website?
Yes. The usage is agreed in the scope. We do not resell your villa images to other owners.
Do you stage the villa?
We can move a few things to improve the frame. We do not bring in props that suggest the villa includes something it does not.
How long does a shoot take?
A half day is enough for many villas. Larger properties or a full video set can take a full day. We confirm the schedule after seeing the space.
Can you edit photos we already have?
Sometimes. If the originals are good, a careful edit can help. If the set is missing the key rooms or the light is wrong, a new shoot is the better spend.
