WEBSITE AND DIRECT BOOKING
A website that makes direct booking easier
Your site should answer the guest's real questions, load quickly and make an enquiry feel simple. It should also be a place you can update without calling a developer every time.
What the site needs to do
A villa website is not a brochure with a contact form at the bottom. It has to show the property, the location and the practical details in the order a guest looks for them. It also has to make the next step obvious.
- A clear first screen: what the villa is, where it is and who it suits
- Photo order that follows the guest's questions, not the owner's favourite shots
- Availability or a clear enquiry path, depending on your setup
- House rules, access notes and the details that prevent bad fits
- Fast mobile pages and readable text at every size
Direct booking without a fragile build
A direct booking path can be a simple enquiry form, a request-to-book flow or a full booking engine. We choose the lightest option that fits how you actually work.
If the site takes payments or connects to a channel, that part is scoped and tested separately. We do not switch on a live connection before it is ready.
Built to be found
The site is structured for search from the start: one clear topic per page, sensible headings, internal links and metadata that describes the villa rather than stuffing keywords into it.
- Villa pages that can be indexed separately
- Local and practical details on the page
- A sitemap, canonical URLs and language versions
- Analytics that answer a real question, not a vanity dashboard
A handover you can use
You get the domain, hosting access and the content in a form you can edit. If you want us to stay for maintenance, we can. If you want to leave, you should be able to leave.
How the work runs
- 01
Scope
We agree the pages, the villa information, the photo situation and the enquiry flow.
- 02
Design and build
We build the site in a reviewable sequence. You see the real pages, not a distant mockup.
- 03
Launch and handover
We connect the domain, check the forms and explain what you can edit yourself.
Website questions
How long does a site take?
It depends on the number of villas, the photo situation and how quickly decisions are made. We give a sequence and a realistic date after the first conversation, not before.
Can you use my existing photos?
Yes. We will tell you which ones carry the page and where a new set would make a real difference. We do not add fake staging or claim a photo shows something it does not.
Do I need a booking engine?
Not always. If most guests ask first, a clear enquiry flow is enough. If you already use a booking engine, we can build around it.
Can the site be in more than one language?
Yes. English, Turkish, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese can share one structure with proper language URLs.
What about SEO?
The technical foundation is included: clean URLs, metadata, sitemap and structured content. Ongoing content and link work is a separate plan.
