LISTING SUPPORT

Make the listing easier to trust

A listing has a few seconds to answer a simple question: is this the right place for my stay? Better order and clearer words do more than another discount.

The first screen

The cover photo, the title and the first three lines carry most of the decision. We review them as one unit, not as separate fields to fill.

  • A cover image that matches the strongest selling point
  • A title a guest can understand without decoding it
  • The first paragraph written for the person, not the algorithm
  • Amenities and house rules that answer the obvious worries

Consistency between listing and website

Guests often check both. If the listing says one thing and the website says another, trust drops. We align the photo order, the facts and the tone.

Photo order and captions

We put the photos in the order a guest looks: the place, the view, the living space, the bedrooms, the practical details. Captions add context without repeating the obvious.

We are not an official partner of Airbnb, Booking.com or any other marketplace. We work on the presentation, not on the platform's ranking algorithm.

What we do not do

We do not write fake reviews, invent ratings or claim a placement we cannot verify. We do not promise a ranking. The work is the listing itself: clearer, more honest and easier to compare.

A focused listing review

  1. 01

    Review

We read the listing as a guest and note where the story or the order breaks.

  2. 02

    Rewrite and resequence

We revise the copy, the photo order and the practical details together.

  3. 03

    Publish and check

We check the live listing on desktop and mobile after the changes.

Listing questions

Will this improve my ranking?

Ranking depends on factors we do not control, including the platform's own signals. A clearer listing can improve how guests respond, but we do not promise a position.

Do you manage guest messages?

Not as part of listing support. We can advise on the templates and the tone. Full co-hosting is a separate scope.

Can you work with Booking.com too?

Yes, the same presentation principles apply. The exact fields differ, so the work is adapted to each platform.

Do I need new photos?

Not always. If the current set shows the key spaces in good light, we can work with it. If the cover or the room order is weak, new images may be the better investment.

How long does it take?

A single villa can be reviewed in a few days. The timing depends on how quickly we can access the listing and agree the changes.
