What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, optional phone number, selected topic and message you submit. We do not ask for guest names, payment details or identity documents through this form.

• Standard server logs from Cloudflare, kept for security and reliability

Why we use it

We use the details to answer your enquiry and, if relevant, to prepare a project scope. We do not sell the data or add you to a marketing list without a separate opt-in.

Where it is stored

The site runs on Cloudflare. Contact messages are delivered by email to info@villahd.com, which forwards to the owner's inbox. We do not run a separate CRM or store form submissions in a database on this site.

How long we keep it

Email enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any later work. If you ask us to delete a message, we will remove it unless we are required to keep it for a legal or accounting reason.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not add advertising or analytics cookies. The language switcher and the mobile menu work in the browser and do not create a profile. Cloudflare may process technical request data and count page views with its cookieless web analytics to keep the site reliable.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, request a correction or ask us to delete it. Write to info@villahd.com and we will respond from the same address.
