Most villa owners do not lose bookings because they lack another channel. They lose them because the calendar is not in one place. Villa Calendar started from that everyday problem.
The problem was not visibility
A villa can be on Airbnb, Booking.com, its own website and Google Calendar at the same time. Each platform keeps its own copy of the availability. One late update is enough to create a double booking or an awkward conversation with a guest.
Many tools answer this with another dashboard. We wanted the opposite: a small, fast calendar that an owner can open on a phone and update in seconds.
What Villa Calendar does
The core is deliberately simple. Add your villas, block dates, record reservations and keep guest details in one place. iCal links connect the calendar to Airbnb, Booking.com and Google Calendar in both directions.
- Up to five villas free
- iCal import and export
- Reservation details and notes
- Seasonal rates and price quotes
- Ready WhatsApp messages
- Printable reservation form
- Two years of activity history
A free core, paid extras
The calendar, reservations and iCal sync stay free. Paid extras, such as a custom domain and a multilingual villa page, are for owners who want to turn the calendar into a small public website. The free product stays useful on its own, not as a trial that expires.
How to start
Create an account at cal.villahd.com, add your first villa and paste the iCal links from your booking platforms. If you already use another calendar, you can export ours and subscribe to it from your phone.
