We are not going to pretend there is a countdown. Villa Calendar has no announced end date for early membership, and we would rather say that plainly than invent urgency.
What is free right now
One account covers up to five villas. Reservations, blocked dates, guest details, iCal import and export, seasonal rates, price quotes, WhatsApp messages and printable reservation forms are included.
The free plan is not a stripped demo. It is the working calendar we want an owner to use every day. Account requests are reviewed so the first setup is useful, usually within one working day.

Who counts as an early member
An early member is an account approved before we announce paid plans. If that happens, the free core described above stays free for that account, even when paid extras arrive.
We have not set a date for that announcement. It could be next month. It could be much later. It might not happen for a long time. That is the honest version, and we are not going to dress it up with a fake clock.
What may be paid later
Paid extras will be about doing more, not about switching the calendar back off. A custom domain for a public villa page, additional automation or done-for-you setup are the kinds of things we may charge for.
Before anything changes, we will write to the email on the account and publish the new terms on the pricing page. Early accounts will not lose the core they already use.
Why we are doing this
A calendar only becomes useful when owners trust it with real dates. Charging from day one would push people to test it with a spare week and leave. We would rather earn the habit first.
The business model can grow around optional extras and services. The free core is how owners get in, and early members are the ones who make the product better with real use.
