AIRBNB CO-HOSTING

A co-host for the work behind the listing

We help with the listing, calendar, guest messages and local details, while you keep the account and the guest relationship.

The listing is only one part of the booking

A good listing earns attention. A reliable calendar and a clear direct path turn that attention into a better stay and, often, a guest who comes back.

We work on the whole chain instead of polishing one page and leaving the rest to chance.

  • Listing copy, photo order and amenity accuracy
  • Pricing and seasonal rules you can explain to a guest
  • Calendar sync with Airbnb, Booking.com and Google Calendar
  • A direct enquiry path for guests who prefer to book with you

Guest messages, reviews and the local reality

Fast replies matter, but so does what happens at the door. We set response templates, arrival instructions and an escalation path for the local team.

The goal is a stay that matches the listing, not a perfect script that falls apart on the first delayed flight.

  • Pre-arrival and check-in messages
  • Cleaning and maintenance coordination
  • Review requests without chasing every guest
  • A clear record of issues and how they were resolved

Build the brand beyond the platform

Co-hosting should not make the villa more dependent on one channel. We connect the listing to your website, social media and guest database.

That is how a marketplace booking becomes a direct guest next season.

  • Direct booking website and enquiry flow
  • Social content that matches the property
  • Repeat-guest and low-season campaigns
  • Data and access that stay in your name
We do not guarantee ranking, review scores or occupancy. We improve the parts you control.

How co-hosting runs

  1. 01

    Access and audit

We review the listing, calendar, pricing and guest messages with your permission.

  2. 02

    Fix the basics

Photo order, copy, rules, response templates and channel links are brought into line.

  3. 03

    Run the season

We keep the calendar clean, answer guests, coordinate local work and review the numbers.

Co-hosting questions

Is co-hosting the same as property management?

They overlap. Co-hosting focuses on the listing, calendar, guest messages and channel performance. Property management can also include local operations, cleaning and maintenance coordination. We scope the part you need.

Do I keep my Airbnb account?

Yes. The account stays in your name. We work with the permissions you give us and do not ask for your password.

Can you manage Booking.com as well?

Yes. The same calendar and guest-message discipline applies. The exact fields and rules differ, so the work is adapted to each platform.

Do you handle cleaning and check-in?

We coordinate them with your team or a local partner. We do not employ cleaners in every location, and we say so before you sign anything.

How do you charge for co-hosting?

A scope-based fee or a monthly arrangement, agreed in writing. We do not promise bookings in exchange for a percentage and then blame the market.

What do you need to start?

Access to the listing and calendar, the current photos, your house rules and the local contacts. A short call is enough to see whether it is a fit.
